Sunday, October 1st: In this live Breathwork Healing group we will gather to share a profound experience around awakening to the true self in Sacred Union. We all long for deeper love and connection in our lives, and sometimes it feels so far away when we face the facts of what is happening in our world every day. Despite being more "connected" then ever before, we are more polarized and in conflict. How can that be? There are many factors, but I believe the biggest one is what everyone is ignoring. I call it The Disconnect.
There's an isolation that comes from being able to connect to everything and everyone at all times through our devices. We are losing the connection to our true selves. It doesn't mean you have to quit the internet or toss your smart phone. It's about getting more quality experiences from our online interactions, and using the power of the web to support deeper personal fulfillment and connection to our own selves and each other.
This class will be an immersion into the magic of the Fifth Element: Spirit, or Aether, as the Sacred Bridge of Union with the Self.
