Softening Into the Mystic (This I Believe)

Into the mystic

“hark, now hear the sailors cry,

smell the sea, and feel the sky

let your soul & spirit fly, into the mystic...”

~ Van Morrison

This I believe

To live a beautiful life, you must allow yourself to dream...

To be able to find mystery and intrigue in the small and everyday.

To be willing to let go of the banality of your small mind fears.

To find something to live for.

To seek actively the source of who you are, and allow that mystery to evolve and flow.

To follow your creative spirit and allow yourself to create in the world.

....At least, you must attempt these things. These are some of the big goals of my life and work, and my current journey in South America. What holds me together.

First and foremost: To live a beautiful life.

It's so different being in the southern hemisphere in a completely new land, a place with it's own soul and unique essence. It's shocking and refreshing. It jars me into a different state of mind... forces me to be super clear about the reality I'm creating for myself every day.

How many million ways there are to adjust and improve your reality through simply shifting your outlook! But first there must be a willingness to soften the tightness.

Over the next weeks...

Over the next weeks, I will be sharing my journeys and explorations in these areas, as I start fresh again in this new land.  Each week I share a new piece on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Sometimes I share a more private update for my email readers.

I am currently entering the first stage of my own Fire of Love practice... Return to Innocence. My goal right now is to test and refine the program for myself as I move towards reopening and starting anew in the spring. I will continue to share and report back on some of these findings and discoveries with you.

I'm glad you will be joining me! If you are not already receiving my updates in your inbox, you can join here.

Life is flowing like the sea. It's only the mind's stiff hold that needs a bit of loosening -- softening and sweetening to allow the natural flow to ease in and up and out. This I believe.

Wishing you love and softness in your sails,

Satya
